How does the domain preference system work? +

When you subscribe, you submit 3–5 domain preferences in order of priority. Our team checks availability and registers and connects the best available option within 48 hours.

Do I need to know how to code? +

Not at all. The Portfolio Builder is entirely no-code. Fill in your content through the dashboard, and 4LABS handles design, hosting, SEO, and going live.

Can I upgrade my plan later? +

Yes. You can upgrade at any time. You'll only pay the prorated difference for the remaining subscription period.

What happens when my subscription ends? +

Your site stays live for a 30-day grace period. If you don't renew, the site is taken offline. Your content is always exportable from the dashboard.

Can I order add-ons before my site is live? +

Yes. Add-ons are queued alongside your initial site setup.
